How old were you when you started lifting?
I think I was fourteen? My basketball team had a summer lifting program, so back in those days I was lifting once or twice a week. Nothing crazy with the weights or lifts. I "seriously" began lifting when I was 16. That's when I started lifting 6 days a week, eating clean/tracking macros, etc.

What types of cardio do you enjoy doing?
I love waking up early (around 5:00 AM) during the summer and going for longer runs, around 2-5 miles. When I run first thing in the morning, it's usually fasted cardio, which makes breakfast SO much better. But at the gym, lately I've been loving the elliptical. I'll just watch YouTube videos and do 30 minutes on a high intensity. I'm also a big fan of sprints, and tabata and HIIT. (<< high intensity interval training)

Do you lift heavy with low reps or light weight with high reps?
I think I lift heavy with low reps. I usually do 6-12 reps depending on the lift! I guess that's kind of medium reps? But I do try to lift as heavy as I can handle for those reps.

What's your ideal post-workout meal?
Probably just rice and chicken.

What got you into fitness?
I've always been an active person, but once I got into lifting, I started seeing results so fast and it just became addicting!

What's your favorite brand of fitness/workout apparel?
I've always been a Nike girl! But it's not like I strictly wear Nike or anything like that.
