I made a quick lil trip to target today to grab a few extra things to add into my meals for this week, so I thought I'd share what I got w/ y'all. I think the total was somewhere around $20-25!
LACROIX APRICOT SPARKLING WATER:
The carbonation in these helps with curbing cravings as it's sort of an appetite suppressant. During training these really help me avoid feeling super hungry, especially when my macros are lower in carb. Another good thing about these is that if you buy a box from Target, there are only eight cans, so you won't get stuck with one flavor for a long time!

LIPTON WHITE MANGOSTEEN PEACH GREEN TEA:
I haven't tried the tea yet, but I imagine it's gonna be pretty good. It's easy to get bored drinking plain water all the time, so I like to add in tea every now + then!

LUNA PROTEIN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH BARS:
These aren't really something I eat everyday, but when I'd like a treat I grab one of these. The macros aren't horrible, and they're super filling. There's not an insane amount of protein in these, so I like to pair it with a half-serving protein shake.

PB2:
I haven't tried my PB2 yet, but I've heard from my fitness pals that it's to die for. I plan to use it on protein waffles/pancakes, or by putting the crumbles on Arctic Zero.

TURKEY PERKY JERKY:
I'm not obsessed with jerky, but it's a good way to change up the way I hit my protein. I like this brand in particular because it has less preservatives + stuff like that than other brands.
